My grandfather passed on to me a strong sales gene. Coupled with my passion for supporting people in their professional – and thus also personal – growth, it was almost a logical consequence that I found my professional home in HR. At right°, I understand my role as an enabler and bridge builder, and at the same time, I see winning new team members as an exciting pitch. That’s where Sales and HR come full circle for me.

As Head of Strategic Human Resources, my focus at right° is on the team and strategic personnel planning, as well as optimizing our internal processes and structures. What I enjoy most is continuing to build our fantastic team and strengthening everyone in their daily challenges. I am convinced that satisfied and motivated employees are the decisive factor for a company’s success. It is a joy for me to be able to work on these fundamental parameters!

In my private life, I like to be out in nature, enjoying everything that nourishes body and soul such as great food, a good read and music.
